I upgraded my 8 years old Cuckoo to this newest model for a 10 cup size. Cuckoo is definitely the top rice cooker, but this 2020 model is the beyond. The rice is perfectly sticky and steamed and I especially love the customizable temperature setting for the warm mode to save electricity at night time. Also love the minimal design and the softer voice alarm. Wish the clock mode is always on instead the current setting mode, not a big deal though. Can't wait to use it for varies recipe!

I love the taste and quality of cooked rice with this rice cooker! Don’t search further. Competitive Japanese brand is over priced and their design is just ugh unless you love 90s styled big googly eyed colorful buttons. Cuckoo makes far better rice. It makes consistently delicious rice. I like this model because I can select pressure or non pressure mode. And clean and modern design is so attractive on my counter top. It makes enough meal for four people if you have moderate amounts of rice per each meal.

We LOVE this rice cooker. It makes perfect rice every time. And the stainless steel pot is fantastic. Extremely well built with high gauge steel parts. Cannot recommend more highly. We were previously a Zojirushi-only family, but we got sick of their nonstick pots. I thought this would be a compromise but was amazed at the build quality compared to our Zojirushi’s. This is the Rolls Royce of rice cookers!
