This little thing has become my personal rescue device.
First of all, it's genuinely cute. The design is adorable, unlike those bulky, cumbersome portable fans that scream emergency survival gear. It's small and compact, folds down easily, and tosses into a purse, handbag, or carry-on.
But beyond being cute… it actually works.
The airflow surprised me. For something this small, it expels a lot of air, and there are multiple speed settings that vary. You can turn it down to a gentle breeze, or crank it up when menopause decides to launch a surprise attack.
I also love that it's rechargeable, because I'm tired of gadgets that require frequent battery changes. Charge it, toss it in your bag, and you're all set.
It's lightweight, easy to hold, and incredibly practical—perfect for travel, waiting rooms, outdoor activities, sporting events, or, frankly, sitting in your car after realizing you've suddenly become your own portable heater.
Who is this best suited for? Everyone.
Who really needs this? My menopausal ladies.
Overall, it's not only adorable, but this thing has become one of those random purchases that will ultimately be used repeatedly. I and my internal thermostats give it five stars; those thermostats clearly retired years ago.
The fan comes with a built-in battery that can be charged with most USB-C charging bricks. This is much appreciated as there are some devices that can be picky when using a fast charger.
Powering on and off the fan requires you to cycle through the different speeds. There is no way to immediately turn off the fan without first pressing the button a few times. This isn’t that annoying as there aren’t that many different speeds.
Holding down the button when the fan is running turns on the cooling mode. When this mode is active, you can actually see the metal plate collecting condensation as the air around it actually cools. This translates into a slightly cooler feeling breeze. It’s not an extreme difference but it is definitely noticeable.
Overall this is a very useful and portable folding fan. It’s not too noisy and can actually push a good amount of air. It can also be folded to sit on a surface by itself which is a nice feature when you are sitting at a desk.
